Wine Makers Notes: Stylistically, this wine is impeccable in a definition and separation of flavor. Satiny and sleek with elegant yet ripe complexity, suave and refined, more savory than fruity, with a fresh tasting berryish scent and taste with lively yet balanced acidity. Notes show hints of delicate sweet starfruit and luscious plum tart with pretty floral lift at the end.

Vine to Wine: Roma’s Vineyard 2018 Pinot Noir Rosé is a product of our 2018 Pinot Noir. At crush it is the first 15% of juice drained from the must (First Run). The best of the best! This process concentrates the remaining must for greater extraction of richness and nuance from the fruit complexities for our Pinot Noir, and also delivers a rich intense silky Rosé wine with freshness like no other. Vibrant hints of violets, intense scents of Wild Cherry. The flavors run deep, well balanced acidity and nuance.
